The Philadelphia Phillies have invited the Penncrest Marching Band to participate in their Phillies Band Night on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 6:40 pm. The band will march in a parade down Citizens Bank Way and then play in a concert before the game.

Tickets are $40 each. Tickets are on sale until Friday, September 13th. A portion of the ticket sales will benefit the Penncrest Band. The top band that sell the most tickets as part of this event will have an additional 10 minute performance on the field prior to the game​.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a donation. You can check out as guest and make your payment safely with a credit card.

There will be three (3) options to pick up tickets you have bought or sold to others:

• Wednesday, September 18: 6-7:30
  (Penncrest Parking lot outside of the band room - near the lion statue)

• Thursday, September 19: 7-8
  (Media Elementary School- Front Street Entrance)

• Friday, September 20: 6-7
  (Penncrest Parking lot outside of the band room- near the lion statue)

​This is a great opportunity for the kids to perform and help raise money for the band. As an added bonus, the Phillies are on a hot streak so it should be a great game to watch!!

TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO AND FROM THE BALLPARK for

PERFORMING PENNCREST BAND STUDENTS

 

Mr. Kuhar will keep each student’s ticket to hand to them at the game. Any tickets you receive at the pickup times will not include your student’s ticket.
